Roy: Gerrard's my captain fantastic

Roy Hodgson has lauded his 'captain fantastic' Steven Gerrard.
The skipper was in fine form as England beat Sweden 3-2 in their latest Euro 2012 encounter on Friday night.
Our No.8 provided an exquisite cross to assist Andy Carroll's opener, and afterwards received words of praise from his manager.
Hodgson said: "Steven has been fantastic ever since I was given the job.
"My first thought was to contact him and since then he hasn't put a foot wrong as a captain, a person or a player.
"He's playing like a captain should, as one of the best players in the tournament."
Meanwhile, Carroll thinks England will now progress to the quarter-finals.
He and his teammates must avoid defeat against co-hosts Ukraine on Tuesday to qualify for the last eight and, when asked if he was feeling confident, Carroll replied: "100 per cent."
Carroll was included in the starting 11 alongside Danny Welbeck and he rewarded Hodgson with a headed opener on 23 minutes.
He added: "It's a great feeling. It was a great ball in by Stevie, I got in the middle of two defenders and put it away.
"I think we felt a little bit comfortable. Obviously, I gave a foul away and they got a goal from that, and it put us on the back foot.
"We had to work hard to win the game. Just to fight back shows the team spirit and we are all sticking together. We got the two goals we needed."
