Liverpool midfielder Maxi Rodriguez is considering cancelling his contract.
The Argentine is desperate to get more game time and has grown increasingly frustrated by his role on the periphery of Kenny Dalglish's first team.

The 31-year-old has one year left on his contract and his advisers are keen to discuss all options with clubs in Spain and Argentina monitoring developments.
Liverpool want to bring in at least three players this summer and could let Maxi go to balance the books.
He gets a game, score, then gets dropped for like the next 4 games. There is no logic in the way kenny handles these players. Henderson has featured in more games for us this season than anyone else... But he's still possiblly are worst player, Maxi has every right to leave if he wants to because I would honestly be offended if downing, Kuyt & henderson were ahead of me on the team sheet

Not surprised really. I think any footballer with a goal record as good as Maxi would be offended at being left out for an out-of-position Henderson.

What a disgrace your paper is to journalism. Over and over again you print inane, imagined dross about football or footballers. Where in this latest infantile piece of buffoonery is the proof. Where is the direct quote from anyone within a million miles of Rodriguez.. Where is the quote from the player himself. It is so sad that your once proud paper has succumbed to printing such drivel. Please employ people with a mental age of above 14 if you wish anyone with half a brain to take your rag seriously.
