Reds set for cash boost

Liverpool will have one eye on events in Italy this weekend as Alberto Aquilani is set to earn them a £6m transfer bonus.
The midfielder is on a season long loan at AC Milan but a deal is in place to turn that into a permanent switch worth £6m if he plays 25 times for the Italians, that figure is reached this weekend when AC take on Roma on Saturday.
It will finally bring to an end an unhappy partnership between the Reds and Aquilani who cost the club £20m when he was bought by Rafa Benitez back in 2009, he never cracked it at Anfield and has spent the last two seasons back in Italy on loan.
The £6m will be added to boss Kenny Dalglish's transfer pot in the summer as he looks likely to continue strengthening his squad.
